Whether you are grieving the loss of a loved one, grieving the life you knew, or experiencing any kind of loss in life, you will gain personal insight from this workshop.  Pennie Hunt, author, columnist, speaker, and Hospice Volunteer will lead this workshop from a place of experiencing grief many times- including the loss of parents and family members, friends, and the devastating losses of a baby boy, and her 22-year-old-son.  Pennie will guide you through a process of putting your pain, your memories, and even humor on paper.  You need not be a professional writer to engage in using writing as a way toward healing.

Participants will learn writing techniques and prompts to process emotions, feelings, and fears. Attendees will be guided through a journey of several writing prompts and styles.  Attendees will leave motivated to continue expressing themselves through written words. This workshop will create a safe place for healing hearts.
