Cheryl has traveled the United States since 2011 to present to live audiences in more than 27 states for local and state Realtor associations, state regulatory agencies, and the National Association of Realtors. In 2017, she was the chief architect behind ARTI Academics, a Utah pre-licensing school, which was recognized in Inman News. Today, whether in front of an audience while traveling around the country or by Zooming from her Disney-infused home studio, she continues to deliver courses to licensees all over the United States and internationally.
Cheryl is one of only six speakers in the United States in the field of real estate to hold the Certified Speaking Professional Designation – the highest earned designation bestowed by the National Speakers Association – an organization she dearly loves, and where she is currently serving as the President-Elect of the Mountain West Chapter. Holder of 16 NAR Designations and Certifications, author of three books, and countless real estate continuing education courses, Cheryl has held a real estate license since 1999 and has been speaking professionally (quite by accident) since 2003. She is also the host of the high energy podcast, “Magnifying Brilliance.” Cheryl delivers energetic engaging expertise, brings the magic to the most mundane, and life to the most draining topics.
When she’s not helping grow the businesses of real estate professionals, she can usually be found in a Disney Theme Park, running a Half Marathon, or traveling the country speaking. She also enjoys shopping, reading and spending time with her Prince Charming and husband of 20+ years, Rick, her 12 perfect grandchildren and her dog, Buzz Lightyear.
